It is important to continue working on inside and outside. Progress onto lofted. Weighting of a pass.
Continue with technique for the inside, outside and bottom of the foot. Increase the focus on Aerial control.
Continue with technique for side foot finishing and laces striking. Progress to volleys – side foot and laces.
Work on movement with and without the ball. Possibly progress onto movement in a defensive and an attacking area.
Work on basic defending techniques in a 1v1. Progress to 4v4 and possibly 8v8 (shape)
Player should have basic technique in handling and distribution. Progress to positioning and diving.
General technique. Now focus on the difference between defensive headers and attacking headers.
Work all turns and all aspects of dribbling – Speed dribbling – Inside turn – Outside turn – In to Out – Progress to these (Drag Back – Step Over).
